Ready to jumpstart your digital media career? The CreativeWorks Apprenticeship offers paid, full-time training, industry certifications, and professional mentorship. Gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and develop the skills to succeed.
Three Application Phases per year:
February 1 – March 31
July 1 – August 31
October 1 – November 30

Apprentices can choose between roles as Multimedia Producers or Digital Video Editors:
– Multimedia Producers create and manage digital content across platforms, overseeing production from concept to completion, ensuring engaging storytelling and quality execution.
– Digital Video Editors edit and enhance video content, adding effects and refining footage to create polished visual stories for film, TV, social media, and digital platforms.

Age: 17 or older
Education: High school diploma or GED
Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.
Passion: Strong interest in digital media and storytelling
Commitment: Ready for a full-time, year-long apprenticeship

Paid, full-time hands-on experience (40 hours/week, 2,000+ hours total)
Industry-recognized certifications (Adobe & U.S. Department of Labor)
Expert training & mentorship from industry leaders and professionals

HIRE an Apprentice
Duration: 1 Year
Infuse your team with fresh, digital media talent with CreativeWorks—our apprentices have the skills to start strong and the drive to keep growing.
Once vetted, employers can partner with us at any time and hire when it aligns with their needs to start the year-long apprenticeship. Initial onboarding may take up to 60 days.

CreativeWorks streamlines the apprenticeship process for DMV employers and nonprofits, offering skilled apprentices, a user-friendly platform for compliance and tracking, and ongoing support to ensure successful apprenticeships.

Provide 2,000 hours of W-2 employment: $16/hour, increasing to $19/hour, with potential for permanent placement.
Provide Hands-On Training: Give apprentices real tasks to learn from.
Pair apprentices with a mentor, like a CEO or Communications Manager, to foster their growth and develop essential skills.
Stay Compliant: Follow all legal and program requirements.
